REFUND POLICY


We work on the parameters completely set by your utilizing the framework or language you suggest or need. The payment should be made first and the development team will thereafter work on the project. You must take the responsibility of finalizing the concept and fame of the software and we will not be responsible for making any added or reduced feature, as every change will go under your provision.

If you are not completely satisfied with your idea or concept of software and deny to accept it and even when the program is fully proficient, we will not be able to make any refund for the same. The refund will be made if and only if there is any error or flaw from our end, which cannot be fixed. In such a case, we claim to give you a 100% refund.

To collect the full refund of the software, it is mandatory to return the program first in its initial format and condition as you received it and make sure that no change is to be done from your side otherwise you will not come under the criteria of collect the total amount of the software we sold.

Consecutively, the amount will be refunded only after receiving the program on time. As soon as we get the software back, we will examine if any change has been made and the refund will vary as per this condition. If our concerned person finds any change in the code as compared to the source code, you will fall out of the criteria of receiving full refund amount.

We understand that, on occasion, you need to return an item. We accept returns on all software and hardware provided the item being returned is unopened, in its original packaging/condition, includes all supplemental materials and it's within 30 days of your original invoice date.

Refund policy conditions and terminology

  • As you come across an error in the program while launching or working on it, a developer will analyze the issue and take appropriate action to fix it. If the error is resolved as per your expectation, the return request will be canceled.
  • If you demand to return the set of the program even after re-analysis and get your refund, 10% of the total amount will be deducted (excluding/including the shipping charge).
  • You must request for the refund within 42 hours of software delivery. If you exceed the mentioned time, your request will not proceed any further.
  • If the returned software is in the same condition as it was dispatched, your refund will be processed after 24 hours on the same account or card detail by which you made the payment.
  • PcUnify will not be responsible for any delay in refund course of action after processing your amount. However, if you do not receive your credit within 7 working days, you can connect with our executive to know about the status.
