If the delay is caused by your side to collect the software on the mentioned day of delivery, you might need to raise a request for re-delivery.

The shipment for outer regions may take more time than expected, however, you can keep complete track of the status by checking it via the link sent to your during the order confirmation email. If you are unable to track the status, you can connect to our executive of the concerned department.

It may also attract additional charges if the location is in a different region and/ or in out of the country. It could also affect the expected time of arrival.
